Summer Camp Program
Two weeks of transformative artistic exploration for children ages 6–16
About Our Program
Each summer, SPACES Eleuthera enrolls 60 students at no cost for an intensive two-week interdisciplinary program, ensuring equitable access to high-quality arts education regardless of economic circumstance.
We provide a dynamic, inclusive, and nurturing environment where young people engage in visual arts, traditional Bahamian crafts, music, dance, storytelling, environmental art, and digital media experiences designed to foster imagination, confidence and authentic self-expression.
Through an intentionally interdisciplinary approach, SPACES Eleuthera connects art with Bahamian history, culture, ecology, and innovation. Activities such as straw-weaving, Junkanoo mask-making, marine-inspired sculpture, performance arts, filmmaking and community storytelling deepen campers' appreciation for their heritage while developing critical thinking, collaboration skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
